📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions
• Coordinate with the forwarding team to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling
• Track and manage shipments, providing regular updates to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
