📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end data workflow, from ingestion to delivery, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
• Optimize and maintain ETL processes using Apache Airflow and Python, improving efficiency and reducing processing time.
• Implement and monitor data quality checks with Great Expectations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of our data assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data governance, including establishing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest data technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive business growth.
• Report on data operations metrics and KPIs, providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL processes using Apache Airflow and Python.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and experience with tools like Great Expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Certifications in data management, such as CDMP or CDAP, are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is beneficial.
