• Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Work closely with department heads and management to align workforce with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including BambooHR and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
