As the Legal Manager, you will oversee the legal team and ensure that all legal matters related to credit rating and financial services are handled with precision and expertise. You will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies that align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. Your daily tasks will include reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws, and providing legal advice to the executive team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the legal team and ensure the timely and accurate handling of all legal matters
- Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the executive team and other departments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the financial services sector
- Mitigate legal risks and ensure the protection of the company’s interests
- Stay updated with legal developments and trends in the financial services sector
- Lead and mentor the legal team to ensure high standards of legal practice and service delivery
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management, preferably in the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and international financial regulations
- Excellent knowledge of legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap
- Proven ability to manage legal teams and projects effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
