Our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung is dedicated to providing top-notch support using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using Zendesk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.
