Cinema Cashier - Customer Service & Ticketing Specialist

As a Cinema Cashier, you’ll handle ticket sales, manage transactions, and provide top-notch customer service. You’ll use our state-of-the-art ticketing system, ensuring quick and accurate transactions. This role offers a competitive salary of PHP 15600 - 16000 per month, along with opportunities for growth and development within our growing cinema network.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process ticket sales and manage transactions using our in-house ticketing system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory of tickets and concessions, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cinema environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during showtimes.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in a cinema or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using ticketing software.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for extended periods.
