📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and coaching to employees,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification
