📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance the student experience and promote leadership development.,Build and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.,Oversee the operations of student organizations, clubs, and activities, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.,Collaborate with faculty and staff to create and deliver educational programs and workshops for students.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student affairs programs and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Advocate for the needs and concerns of students, serving as a liaison between the student body and university administration.,Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and belonging within the university community.,Stay informed about best practices in student affairs and leadership development, and apply this knowledge to enhance the university's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in student affairs, higher education administration, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of student development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with university policies, procedures, and best practices in student affairs.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
