📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the measurement and costing of Precast Concrete elements for various construction projects.,Prepare accurate and detailed quantity surveys and cost estimates for project tenders and contracts.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quantity surveying.,Provide technical advice and support to junior Quantity Surveyors and project teams.,Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of measurements and costs.,Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on Precast Concrete.,Proven track record of managing and delivering accurate quantity surveys and cost estimates.,Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Good knowledge of Indonesian construction industry and regulations.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
