📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and developing new sales leads and opportunities.,Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and presentations.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance and market trends.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both existing and potential customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
