Hokian Elsa Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Duren Sawit. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere.,Managing inventory and ordering supplies to meet customer demand.,Driving sales growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.,Training and developing staff to ensure they meet the required standards and contribute to the team's success.,Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the cafe's performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with the corporate office to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations, as well as labor laws.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
