📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
