📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal menus in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.,Supervise and manage a team of chefs, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to local and national regulations.,Order and manage inventory of food ingredients and supplies.,Train and develop junior chefs to ensure continued improvement in food quality and service.,Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and national food regulations and standards.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
