Code Glow Ekspansindo is looking for a Deputy Store Admin to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving store objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the Store Manager in managing store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor store sales and performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store events and promotions.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and cleaning facilities.,Support the Store Manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in a store management position.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management a plus.
