📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually stunning graphic designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve your work
• Produce high-resolution images and graphics for various digital and print media
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, including concept development and design execution
• Manage and organize design files and assets using industry-standard software
• Present design concepts to the team and gather feedback to ensure the best possible outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury real estate projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
