📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.
• Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
• Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disputes.
• Support the HR department in conducting employee training and development activities.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
