📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve our HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
