📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Assist with event and meeting arrangements as needed.,Perform general administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
