📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the port, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including vessel operators, cargo handlers, and government agencies.,Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of technology in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and port security.,Proven experience in managing and leading a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and port management software is a plus.
