📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the hospital, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus.
