Root Place Group is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical assistance to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.
