📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the IB curriculum, including the Diploma Programme (DP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes student well-being.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IB curriculum and best practices in education.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive student records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Proficiency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages.
• Valid IB Curriculum authorization or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum, including DP, MYP, and PYP.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
