📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to attendance, leave, and discipline.,Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale and productivity.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to ensure a harmonious work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs aligned with the company's objectives.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
