Apotek Fajar Fruit is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. We are a growing pharmacy in Denpasar, and we are seeking a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.,Support the management team with HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid HR certification is a plus.
