PT Mulya Giri is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of ensuring the efficient and safe operation of vehicles. This role is crucial for maintaining the company's operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage the company's fuel budget.,Handle vehicle repairs and coordinate with external service providers when necessary.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all drivers are trained and certified.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage vehicle insurance and other related policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
