📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Staff in managing customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and displays.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
