📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify and address customer concerns and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or branch management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales performance.
