📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff to support operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the agricultural or operational management sector.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
